The K.I.S.H. Home resident program is for a period of up to 18 months. After completing this program, the women will be monitored at their permanent housing for 6 months by a Social Worker.

To be eligible for the Transitional Living Program a potential woman must:

* Reside in Delaware
* Be a single mother with one child or a single woman presently in, or have aged out of the foster care ages 18-23
* Be willing to work with a case manager; mentors and direct staff
* Be willing to achieve permanent housing
* Be willing to pay a portion of the rent, up to ½ of their income
* Be drug and alcohol-free
* Be willing to maintain employment or enrollment in school
* Be willing to attend conferences, workshops and seminars
